Excluded Countries

A company that has obtained a Curaçao license has the right to operate in any country where the validity of this permit is recognized. There is a list of excluded territories. It includes Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies. Within these countries this license is not valid, and gambling companies are prohibited to operate under it.
If you notice that a company is operating under a Curaçao license in one of the prohibited countries, you can contact the Gaming Commission about it. If the violation is confirmed, the company may be fined, up to and including suspension of the license. But before filing a complaint, please make sure that the company is not operating in a prohibited country under a related license.
Relinquishment of Brand Ownership Rights

The members of the Curaçao Gaming Commission have no direct financial interest in the companies that receive licenses. We do not hold managerial positions and are not involved in the activities of such companies. Therefore, any responsibility for their actions rests entirely with the management.
